Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成30年度は最終年度であり、これまで領域内の研究班及び、我々が開発した手法等の全ての成果を統合した「知能化診断治療支援システム」に関する以下の研究を実施した。
(1) 知能化診断治療支援システム開発：多元シームレス解剖構造解析手法、多元レジストレーション手法、多元シームレス可視化手法等を統合し、多様なスケール・モダリティ・時間軸の画像からの解剖構造認識、多元メタ解剖情報の認識等を行うシステムを開発した。マイクロCTとマクロCTからの解剖構造の抽出、マクロとミクロを結ぶ画像レジストレーション手法の開発、臨床CT,マイクロCT、病理画像などのモダリティ融合、時間的な病変の変化、解剖学的名称などの自動認識手法などから、多元解剖情報をそのスケール等の分断を意識させず可視化することができるようになり、多元計算解剖情報を活用した診断及び治療の実施が可能となった。
(2) 知能化診断治療支援システムの臨床評価とそれに基づく改善：A03と協力して知能化診断治療支援システムの臨床評価を行った。そして評価結果を基にシステムの拡張等を行った。特に、マイクロスケールの内視鏡画像をリアルタイムで自動診断可能な手法も実現された。臨床利用を考慮しながら、多元解剖構造認識手法の精度改善、認識対象の追加等を行った。さらに、多元計算解剖モデル開発を行うA01へも結果のフィードバックを行った。
(3) 意思決定支援手法実現：術前術中におけるクリティカルな意思決定支援を行う手法の検討を行った。特に、病変などをリアルタイムで検出する手法、それが腫瘍性であるか否かをリアルタイムで判断する手法、腹腔鏡画像から出血などを術中にリアルタイムで判断する手法などの開発を進めた。
