Research Abstract |
We had been researched this subject for three years. We developed a welfare machine in 2000. We researched on network server and slef-assisting system in 2001. We researched every factor into consideration of this subject in 2002. We developed "a combination type robot of exoskeleton for movement assistance" in cooperation with company for regional cooperation-promotion in this project. This system consists of body holding device, breastplate, hoisting device, two eyes camera devices, data input-output device using network system, three points type joint device, chair desk (a chair with a desk), transferring device. Self assistance is possible with an input device comprising of touch panel. In addition, we installed crotch supporter at a body holding device. And we examined transfer method (to a bathtub and a car) by transferring device. As a result, a user of a bedridden state can sit down on a chair desk by own power. A user uses a PC with connecting network. In this way we developed "a combination type robot of exoskeleton for movement assistance" for the issue of movement/excretion/bathing that was a difficult problem on a welfare system, and found a method of solution. we are to complete this research as "Human being assist system" in future.
