第12番染色体転座による小児悪性リンパ腫の生物学的性状の解析と予後因子の確立

Research Abstract

1.平成13年12月31日までに16歳未満の悪性リンパ腫(疑いを含む)101例について病理診断を行った。非ホジキンリンパ腫は97例、反応性病変その他が44例であった。
2.非ホジキンリンパ腫97例の内訳は、precursor B lymphoblastic lymphoma 13例、diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 18例、Burkitt lymphoma 18例、precursor T lymphoblastic lymphoma 24例、anaplastic large cell lymphoma 17例、peripheral T-cell lymphoma 2例、その他の非ホジキンリンパ腫5例であった。
3.新鮮組織が得られた場合には、組織型にかかわらず、RNA, DNAを採取し、ライブラリー化した。
4.非ホジキンリンパ腫のうちprecursor T lymphoblastic lymphomaまたはprecursor B lymphoblastic lymphomaについてt(12;21), t(9,22), t(4;11)をFISH 法によりTEL-AML1 fusion transcript, MLL-AF4 fusion transcript, BCR-ABL fusion transcriptをRT-PCR法により、TEL gene rearrangementをsouthern blot法により検索中である。
