Research Abstract	本年度は、マイクロチップ内化学反応を指向した触媒・構造体の創成とチップ内合成および、微小流体制御に基づく免疫診断デバイス開発を推進した。 (1)マイクロチップ内化学反応を指向した触媒・構造体の創成とチップ内合成:ここではこれまでに報告例のないマイクロチャネル内化学機能高分子膜の作製に成功した(北森、金、久本)。これは液液多相流と界面重合を用いた新規な方法に基づく化学機能構造体であり、触媒分子を固定化することによって、化学機能マイクロチップとして機能することを明らかにした。分担者の魚住・松本らは、マイクロリアクターでの利用を指向した高機能触媒(研究発表リスト参照)の開発に多数成功しているため、これらの分子の固定および反応制御にも有用と考えられる。また本年度分担者の北川の研究で開発された、ゲートチャネルを有する高分子構造体は、欧州の著名化学雑誌であるAngew.Chem.誌の表紙を飾るに至った。本年度の大きな成果の一つは、北森、小林の連携に基づく異分野融合により、マイクロチップの特徴を活かした有機合成に関する共同研究が成功したことである。ここではマイクロチップ内合成反応の効率(反応時間、収率)を系統的に評価し、マクロスケールよりも高効率なアルキル化が実現できることを示した。この研究論文は著名な速報誌であるChem.Commun.誌に掲載予定である。 (2)微小流体制御に基づく免疫診断デバイス開発:分担者の庄子はマイクロチャネル中にパッシブバルブを作製し、微小流体を制御しながら免疫反応が可能であることを示した(庄子)。この技術は、本年度北森が開発したコンビケムチップと組み合わせることでハイスループット化が期待できる。次年度は、これまでに開発してきた化学機能物質・チップ及び流体制御法を活用し、実用性に重要な合成反応・診断デバイスへの展開を図る。
