Research Abstract |
Following Results are successfully obtained. 1.Development of synthetic technology utilizing for the preparation of functionalized dehydrocondensing agents available in water 2.Cyclotransferase model based on 18-crown-6 3.Development of fatty acids-specific acyl CoA transferase models in micelles. 4.Substrate-specific reactions utilizing liquid-liquid biphasic system as a reaction field 5.Novel immobilizing systems of dehydrocondensing agents, which are useful to utilize enzyme models. 6.Peptide synthesis of unprotected amino acids by use of fluorous solvents
