Research Abstract |
The necessity of quick and accurate mass measurement is becoming large necessary depending on the development of automations in industries, especially in processing lines. From such a demand, Prof. Ono at Okayama College of Science et al. proposed the mass measurement using transient response obtained from the weighing. In this method, there was a problem that two or more sensors with good accuracy were necessary. However, the vibration frequency and the decrement of transient response obtained from the weighing correspond to the mass of the measuring object. In a word, it is thought that the problem of the sensor can be solved if there is a method of presuming the frequency etc. from the observation data of a short time in high accuracy. On the other hand, we are studying the spectrum analysis method that uses the LMS algorithm. In this paper, we propose frequency estimation method using the adaptive algorithm by extending this study. In addition, this method shows that it is a method of the effective in the mass measurement in the production line by the experiment. Dynamic Mass Measurement, Spectra analysis, Complex LMS Algorithm
