Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Our studies indicated that (1) the expression levels of TP gene and protein were significantly reduced in the liver of NASH model mice compared with that of control mice, and (2) the accumulation of [125I]IIMU was significantly decreased in the liver of of NASH model mice compared with control mice. Therefore, the nuclear medical imaging of TP by [123I]IIMU has the potential to be able to diagnose NASH.
