| Research Abstract |
アクチン線維の切断・脱重合因子コフィリンは、細胞運動の動的な変化に必須な蛋白質であり、その働きはリン酸化酵素HMキナーゼによって負に制御される。本研究において、GFPを用いたL]]M[キナーゼ阻害剤の探索方法を開発し、HMキナーゼ特異的な阻害剤を発見した。この化合物は癌細胞の移動を阻害することが明らかとなった。また、ラメリポディア形成においてコフィリンは遊離アクチンの産生において寄与し、IJMキナーゼはアクチン線維の伸長において寄与していることを明らかにした。
