Research Abstract

免疫細胞の活発な生体内移動の基盤であるインテグリンを介する接着および遊走を制御する低分子量Gタンパク質Rap1会合分子RAPLの下流で、Mst1が細胞極性の形成に重要な役割を果たすことを見出した。Mst1のノックアウトマウスを作製し、免疫細胞の動態への影響をin vitro及びin vivoで定量解析し、Mst1がケモカインを介する極性形成や遊走に重要な働きをすることを明かにした。
