| Research Abstract |
マメ科植物の重要病害ウイルスであるRed clover necrotic mosaic virus(RCNMV)の細胞間移行過程において中心的な役割を演ずる移行タンパク質(MP)の細胞内での局在性とその機構を詳細に調べた。MPは自身のC末端68アミノ酸を通じて小胞体膜にRCNMV複製酵素と共局在し、それはRCNMVゲノム複製には影響しないが、細胞間移行にとって必須の過程であることを明らかにした。さらにRCNMV MPと細胞内で相互作用する宿主因子タンパク質を免疫沈降法によって精製できることを明らかにした。
