Research Abstract

PKCηを分子標的とした毛髪再生技術の確立を目指した。第1に、既知のPKCη活性化脂質でであるコレステロール硫酸のナノ粒子化による発毛誘導実験を行った。第2に、新規PKCη活性化剤・転写誘導剤の探索をFRET法を原理としたシステム、PKCηプロモーターを使用したレポーターシステムを用い行った。さらに、PKCηトランスジェニックマウスの解析を通じて、PKCηによる発毛誘導機構の解析を行った。
