| Research Abstract |
当研究室で提唱してきたITAM(intestinal transit, absorption and metabolism)modelを用いて、ヒトに経口投与された薬物の小腸初回通過効果における薬物相互作用を、in vitro実験から定量的に予測する道筋が示された。今後、本手法が改良されることにより、重篤な薬物相互作用を未然に回避できることが期待される。
