Research Abstract

マウスの前駆脂肪細胞である3T3-L1細胞を用い, その遊走性と生理的意義を検討した. 未分化脂肪細胞はATPに対して正の化学走性を示したが, 成熟脂肪細胞に遊走性を観察することはできなかった. 次に, マウスの腸管膜を細胞外基質として用いたところ, 細胞は約1時間で腸管膜表面に接着して移動を開始した.これらの結果から, 未分化脂肪細胞は生体内においても遊走性を持ち,オリジナルの脂肪組織塊から派生した細胞が離れた場所に移動して接着し, 増殖する可能性があると考えられた.
