| Research Abstract |
マウスによるChIP法を応用した転写因子のターゲット遺伝子、機能解析を行った。肝特異的KOマウスSTAT3-KOマウスでは肝細胞増殖はほぼ完全に抑制されていたが、PDK1/Akt経路の代償性の活性化により肝再生は維持された。活性型STAT3の導入により、肝細胞分裂が誘導された。ChIP法により、STAT3の新たなターゲットとしてNet遺伝子を見出した。Netは、肝細胞にてSTAT3により制御されており、肝再生に影響を与えていた。STAT3は、CyclinD1、Myc、Netなどを制御し、肝再生に関わっていた。
