| Research Abstract |
初期子宮体癌113例に対して妊孕性温存療法の高用量黄体ホルモン(MPA)療法を行った。病変消失率はG1腺癌で86.9%、異型増殖症で95.7%と好成績を示したが、再発率はともに約50%と高値であった。再発に影響する因子を多変量解析にて検討すると、遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌関連腫瘍の家系内集積性とhMLH1蛋白発現減弱の2項目が高用量MPA療法後の再発に対する独立予後因子であることが初めて示された。
