| Research Abstract |
beta-cateninの細胞質、核内集積によって、Wnt signalのcanonical経路が活性化され、浸潤能が上昇することが明らかとなった。さらにbeta-cateninの細胞内集積はRhoファミリーの活性化と細胞骨格の再構成により口腔扁平上皮癌細胞の遊走能を亢進させること、この現象にWnt/beta-catenin 経路の活性化が関与することが明確となった。さらにこの過程にWnt5aが関与することが示唆された。
