Research Abstract	本研究ではマイクロダイアリシス法を用いてモルヒネ場所嗜好性(もしくはナロキソン場所嫌悪性)試験中の脳内での神経化学的な活動をモニターした。その結果、条件付け中のモルヒネ反復投与によるドーパミン活動の亢進と条件付け後の場所嗜好性強度の間に関係性があることが明らかとなった。予想に反して、条件付け後のモルヒネ場所嗜好の発現中にはドーパミン活動の上昇は認められず、逆にドーパミン活動と場所嗜好性強度の間に負の相関関係が認められた。それに対して、ナロキソン場所嫌悪の発現中にはドーパミン活動が上昇しており、ドーパミンとセロトニンのバランスが場所嫌悪に関係があることを明らかとした。
