Research Abstract

ポリ-L-乳酸(PLLA)結晶化表面に特異的に結合するペプチドのスクリーニングに成功した。PLLAに対する特異的な結合には、疎水性アミノ酸であるアラニンおよびロイシン残基、塩基性アミノ酸であるヒスチジンおよびアルギニン残基の寄与が特に大きいことを明らかにした。アミノ酸配列を同定したペプチドは、PLLA結晶らせん構造の微細な違いを識別できることを明らかにした。
