| Research Abstract |
In the recent change of international business environments, Japanese multinationals have accelerated their pace of globalization. This research examined the process of their international strategies and organizational changes based on the original and secondary data systematically collected at the level of foreign subsidiaries and at the level of business units. This research created several case study oriented papers and some theoretical perspectives in the international business strategy, from the results of these empirical researches.
