Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is necessary to secure the nursing profession for Long-term care insurance services, in order to construct the Community-based Integrated Care Systems with the goal of 2025. In this study, at first, we have clarified the need to estimate the future labor supply of the nursing profession for Long-term care insurance services based on notification of the number of employees from employer rather than the report of nursing professions by analyzing the data deviance between surveys. Secondly, this study revealed the characteristics of nursing profession who have an intention to work for Long-term care insurance services, the working conditions and employment supports to increase the labor force, by conducting the questionnaire survey of 1,000 nurse profession and analysis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
まず、厚生労働省による看護職の労働供給の将来推計方法は従来から、介護保険サービス領域について看護職本人の届出データに基づいており、実際の就業状況とは乖離が生じていることを分析し、雇用主側からの報告データを用いて推計する必要性を明らかにした点で、学術的、社会的意義がある。 つぎに、年齢層が比較的高いことが指摘されていた、訪問看護ステーションをはじめ介護保険サービス領域の看護職について、本領域での就労意向をもつ看護職ほど年齢階層は低く、働くための労働条件としてフルタイムの正規雇用が最も選ばれる傾向にあることを明らかにした点で、社会的意義がある。
