Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The study participants had situations where they [struggled with repeated feelings of pessimism]. However, the study participants had a [positive mindset], were supported by [comrades who were running on two wheels] and [feelings for their children], felt [personal growth and satisfaction] and [development into a wide range of initiatives], and [social contribution that spilled over from community involvement]. As for factors influencing resilience, as in previous studies, the participants had positive thinking, which is considered to be an intrinsic resilience, and they had relationships with their surroundings, which is an acquired resilience, and acted with the intention to solve problems. In addition, they were also involved in the community and related to society, which not only contributed to their personal development, but also had a ripple effect on others.

度重なる逆境においても、ポジティブな思考をベースに、後天的に獲得されるレジリエンスを活かして社会貢献に至る経過が明らかとなった。そのきっかけはコミュニティーへの参加であり、個人の成長のみならず、その影響が波及し周囲の個人の成長も促す要因が見受けられた。
