Research Abstract

ナノ光デバイス構造を利用する超高感度光電界センサの検討を行った結果、従来比1000倍以上の感度を有する量子井戸型電界吸収効果光センサの製作可能性を得た。あわせて量子ドット構造を利用する光電界センサ素子の試作も行った。他方、光電界計測技術を応用し、超高周波電界の瞬時可視化および進行電磁界の可視化に世界で初めて成功した。
