Research Abstract |
A recurrent murine model of uveitis was established. The main infiltrating cells into anterior chamber were neutrophils at day 1 and macrophages/monocytes at day 5 in the eyes with endotoxin-induce uveitis. A microarray analysis using RNA extracted from iris-ciliary body with EIU at day 1, 3, 5, and 7 was done. Over 1, 300 genes were significantly up-or down-regulated compared with those in normal eyes. The expression pattern was divided 7 clusters.
