Molecular features of Streptococci derived cytolysins were examined. Especially, the structural function of cholesterol dependent cytolysin (CDC), human specific intermedilysin (ILY), Kawasaki disease related factor (Sm-hPAF), and miscarriage related vaginolysin (VLY), were analyzed.
