Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have been building various type of sociable creatures, we call "weak robots" such as sociable trash box, iBones, Talking-Ally, Talking-Bones, Makono-te. They have some weakness or incompleteness in their nature that leads to create a world where people and robots can collaborate and coexist. And our "weak robots" are able to be used in social contexts such as a novel interface for autonomous cars, a learning environment for children and multiparty conversational creatures as social mediators.
