Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In recent years, various studies have been developed for cancer chemotherapy. However the method satisfactory in terms of transfer efficiency of the drug and safety has not been established. Therefore we focused on the microbubbles as efficient drug delivery to the cancer and less damage to the normal tissue. Transduction efficiency for human gingival squamous carcinoma cells, where using antibodies and microbubbles was 18%. This method inhibited cancer cell proliferation.
