Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conclude that both DNA-d/protamine and DNA-s/protamine coatings enhanced early bone formation. We suggest that a DNA-multilayer coating is useful for the surface modification of a Ti implant. It is possible thatIt was inferred that the absorbability of the immobilized DNA/protamine layer was less affected by the difference in the adhered surface to the layer immobilization.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
