Research Abstract

水中運動時に静脈還流の促進が生じるものと仮説を立て,下大静脈横断面積変化を指標にして検証を行った.下大静脈横断面積を指標とし、Bモード超音波エコー装置を用いて評価した.陸上と水中で比較した.陸上より水中で有意に増加した.一回拍出量増加は大静脈の蓄積量に依存し、かつ閾値が存在することを示唆する。一連の研究成果は,一回拍出量増加が身体に受ける水圧の容積によって決定されることを結論づける。
