Research Abstract

半導体微小共振器中に量子ドットが埋め込まれた系を対象とし,量子ドット内部に形成された電荷励起からの自然放出スペクトルを理論的に考察した.sその結果,1)Q値が大きい弱結合状態があり得る,2)弱結合であってもスペクトルがダブレット構造を持つ場合がある,3)弱結合と強結合の間に両者がなめらかに移り代わるクロスオーバー領域がある,4)量子干渉現象の1つであるFano効果が発現する,5)時間領域で有意な情報を与える物理量を導入し,それを用いることで周波数領域と時間領域との相補的な議論が可能になる,の5項目を明らかにした.
