Research Abstract |
This study aims to show that teachers who strive to cross their professional boundaries can enhance their specialties in order to deal with current, complex problems. Until now, teachers' learning opportunities have been discussed separately from either inside or outside the school environnlent. However, in the search for fresh academic knowledge and considering the needs of schools themselves, a new approach that takes into account a teacher' s external influences is proposed. This original technique allows educators to discover new processes and orientations that go beyond their specific field of study. In order to utilize thisunique multidisciplinary way of thinking, a support systemwithin the school is deemed crucial for success.
