Research Abstract |
We investigated miRNA expression in pancreatic cancer. We found miR-10b expression is overexpressed and miR-X(now submitting) expression is inhibited in pancreatic cancer. We also found miR-10b is related with pancreatic cancer invasiveness and its expression is related with poor prognosis.
