Research Abstract |
Adipocyte differentiation and lymphocyte differentiation is attenuated in Ataxia Telangiectasia. ATM is essential for cellular differentiation machinery. Differentiation disorder is due to histone acetylation deficiency or discordance of genomic repair and cell cycle regulation.
