Research Abstract |
Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) affect disease and stress responses. To address the relationship between SNP and stress response, p53 72SNP was introduced in human cell line using genetic recombination method. These cells showed the different responses under DNA damage agents although these cells have same genetic background. These results indicated that p53 SNP affect physiological output and these approach are useful for SNP study.
