Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The ethical conflict of nurses against pediatric organ transplantation under brain death is divided into 3 categories, related to how the nurses are involved in the process such as brain death judgment, organ preservation, organ removal and organ transplantation or stand-by care of recipients. From the three perspectives of detailing these mutual ethical conflicts, the way of sharing information on donors and recipients, and nursing education on pediatric brain death and organ transplantation, languageization and sharing of the specialty of the nursing, information sharing and the clear positioning of the nursing care in nursing education were considered to be part of effective support for nurse ethical conflict.
