Research Abstract |
The legal problems on the contract about advertisement and the legal regulation against false advertisement were dealt with the Project. The main subjects are as follows. 1 Legal relation of the false advertising in U.S.A and European countries. 2 Legal relation of the contracts about advertisemant between the advertiser and the advertising agent in Japan. 3 Legal relation of the contracts for the sponsorship in T.V. network under a case of Japanese court. 4 Legal problem on the formation of contract, billing the advertising cost, obligation of advertising agent, copyright etc., between the media especially newspaper company and the advertising agent in Japan. 5 Self-restraint by media against false advertisement in Japan. 6 Japanese caes law on torts by the advertiser, the advertising agent and the media. 7 Testimonial advertisement and consumer protectom in Japanese civil law. 8 Mail-order selling and protection of the customer on privacy.
