量子力学に現れる線形・非線型偏微分方程式あるいは自己共役作用素についての数学的解析を研究する。特に
(1) シュレーディンガー作用素の散乱理論における波動作用素のルベーグ空間における連続性あるいは不連続性の研究
(2) シュレーディンガー方程式の解の特異性伝播問題の研究
(3) シュレーディンガー方程式の基本解の性質の研究
(4) 時間に依存する不連続なポテンシャルを持つシュレーディンガー方程式の解作用素の存在と一意性の研究
(5) ファインマン経路積分の数学的研究を行う。
