Research Abstract |
Fullerene C60 has been appealing as an efficient photosensitizer in photodynamictherapy.The objective of this study is to prepare C60 nanoparticles via 2-hydroxypropy1一β一cyclodextrin,which is clinically used as a safe solubilizing agent for several preparations.We elucidated its nanostructure,physical properties and biological activities.
