Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は過疎高齢化の進んだ２地域（A町、B町）において、B町では2回目となる認知機能検査と日常生活についての調査をおこなった。また、A町は、昨年度初回調査を終了しており、認知症カフェの開催などによる少人数を対象とした啓蒙活動をおこなった。

新型コロナウィルス感染症の流行により、人との接触ができなかった期間の遅れがある。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

ようやく、大人数でのイベントの開催がおこなえるようになった。そのため、Ａ町では町役場と再度認知症にやさしい町づくりに関して目的を共有しなおす。そのうえで、認知症についての理解を深めたり、当事者が含めたイベントを開催するなど、町における認知症についての理解を深め、2年後に検査を再度おこなうことで、認知症にやさしい町における認知症の臨床症状の進行度合いを調べる。少人数でのグループワークは引き続き続ける。
