Research Abstract

接着培養細胞に対して、粒子放射線を水平方向、および垂直方向から照射し、その入射角によって、生物効果がどのように変わるのかを研究した。水平方向照射の特徴は、入射トラック数は少ないが、一粒子当りのDNA損傷は多く、垂直方向照射はその逆である。細胞致死効果、染色体異常ともに、水平方向に比べ、垂直方向照射が効率的であり、トラック間の相互作用によって生物効果に差があることが示唆された。
