研究概要

本研究プロジェクトにおいては、特定の神経回路の神経伝達を可逆的かつ選択的に遮断する独自の手法を開発し、小脳運動記憶の時系列を持った素過程を明らかにし、小脳記憶は2つの神経回路の情報の処理と統合によって誘導されること、また報酬記憶と忌避記憶が大脳基底核の2つの神経経路によって特異的に支配されていること、更に小脳神経回路の活動依存的な成熟化の分子機構を明らかにした。これらの成果は機能的神経回路の形成と制御の全く新しい機構を示したものである。
