Research Abstract

妊娠12週未満で人工妊娠中絶を希望する20歳以上の女性に対し、研究者作成の質問紙(バランスシート)を用いて調査を行い検討した。その結果、妊娠中絶を希望する女性達は、妊娠を継続できない(産めない)気持ちと、妊娠を継続したい(産みたい)気持ちの両者が併存するアンビバレントな心理状態にあった。女性達が自分自身の気持ちを整理し納得して妊娠中絶の意思決定を行うことと、看護者が女性を理解しケアを行うためにバランスシートを活用していくことができる可能性が示された。
