Research Abstract |
線虫の貪食受容体CED-1に相当するショウジョウバエのDraperは、血球細胞及びグリア細胞によるアポトーシス細胞の貪食除去に必要とされる。本研究では、Draperが認識するアポトーシス細胞側の目印分子が探索され、研究代表者らがPretaporterと名付けた小胞体タンパク質が見いだされた。Pretaporterはアポトーシス時に小胞体から細胞表層に移動してDraperに認識されるようになると考えられた。また、Pretaporterの結合によりDraperのチロシンリン酸化が促され、それを契機にして細胞内に貪食誘導性の情報が伝達されると示唆された。
