Teacher's English proficiency was higher in Korea, however, they pointed out overseas training, intercultural experience and English conversation would fulfill desire for their personal development in both countries. As for the effect of the primary school English on the part of teacher, an aspect of a nonverbal part and intercultural learning was underscored.
