Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This learning program aims to develop the ability and ability of Yogo teachers who can exert high expertise and practical ability in the field of education for students. For Yogo teachers, we aim to build up their abilities as a middle leader.We attempted to implement a collaborative learning program that uses both career stages to learn and qualitatively analyze the effectiveness of learning. One of the important qualities for health counseling activities of Yogo teachers is the ability to be aware of children's mentality problems.Both in different career stages actually experienced common reactions and observations, pondered on their cases, deepened their awareness of each other's children's mental problems, and broadened their new perspectives. It turned out that the ability to respond to a child's health consultation was formed.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
養護教諭養成教育を担う大学教育においては、一体的な教師教育の学びを構築することを目指し、基礎教育の上に、教育実習等学校現場での学びの機会を更に充実させることが重要である。本研究で学生に対して教育現場で高度な専門性と実践力を発揮できる養護教諭としての資質・能力の育成、現職養護教諭に対してミドルリーダーとしての力量形成を目指し、それぞれのキャリアステージを活かして学び合う共同的学習プログラムを開発したが、子どもの心因性の問題を捉える学びを相互補完し,視野を広げ,健康相談の力量形成に効果がみられた。一体的な教員養成研修として各養成大学教育または現職研修プログラムとして活用できる共同学習である。
