Research Abstract |
In this study, we focused on copy number variation, microRNA and genome imprinting. Copy number was increased in human tumor tissues compared to normal counter parts. Dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase was repressed by some miRNAs. Inter-individual difference in human organic cation transporter was responsible for loss of imprinting.
